what you need
- 1 pkg. Oreo Cookies
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) [block] cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. white chocolate, melted
make it
Place Oreo Cookies in a storage bag and crush with a rolling pin. Combine cookie crumbs/pieces with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir or use mixer on low until well blended.
Take tablespoonfuls of mixture and form into balls. Put balls into a freezable container and freeze for at least one hour.
After cookie-balls are frozen, melt your white chocolate and dip each ball into it. Then, place balls back into freezable container and freeze until chocolate is solid.
Notes
Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer.
