what you need
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Soy milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
make it
Mix whole wheat flower with baking powder. Stir in a splash of soy milk & water (until you have a slightly runny batter)
Pour the batter onto a hot skillet.
Add banana slices and walnuts and cook until done.
