Semi-Sweet Chocolate Pecan Pie

what you need
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup dark Karo corn syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 cup pecan halves
make it
Sprinkle chips in bottom of pie crust and freeze 10 minutes.
With wire whisk, beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar and salt until blended. Beat in butter and bourbon. Pour over crust. Arrange pecan halves.
Bake on 325 degrees F for 50-55 minutes.
