what you need
- 1 pkg. graham crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
- 16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
make it
Combine graham crackers (crushed), butter, and sugar. Press into 9x13 pan. (Save a small amount for the top).
Chill evaporated milk. Mix gelatin with 1 cup hot water and place in bowl in refrigerator until partially set (about 30 min).
Whip evaporated milk and add softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add partially set gelatin. Pour over crumbs and add extra crumbs to the top.
Notes
This is a light and fluffy cheesecake dessert.
