what you need
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cashews
- Hot cooked rice

Combine chicken, butter, green onion, mushrooms, soup, celery, soy sauce and cashews in the crock-pot.
Cover; cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or until done.
Serve over rice.
