Tuscan Grilled Chicken and Spinach Salad

what you need
- 1 bottle Kraft Tuscan House Salad Dressing, divided
- 1 can medium pitted black olives
- 1 jar button mushrooms
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 can quarted artichoke hearts
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cubed
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach
make it
Combine 1/2 of bottle of salad dressing with olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes and mozzarella - cover and refrigerate.
Using indoor or outdoor grill, cook chicken breasts using remaining dressing to baste.
Divide spinach onto four separate dishes. Top each with 1/4 of the dressing/olive/cheese mixture. Slice grilled chicken in strips and place one breast on each salad.
