what you need
- 5 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked
- 3 cans (15 oz. each) great northern beans, drained
- 1 box (32 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 jar (16 oz.) mild salsa
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- Optional: Kraft Cheddar Cheese, chopped jalapeno peppers, sour cream
make it
Add to crock-pot: chicken, beans, broth, salsa, cheese, and cumin.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Simmer 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
Notes
You may garnish with cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeno peppers, and/or sour cream.
