- 48 oz chicken broth
- 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
- 1-2 can(s) fiesta corn
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- Dash red pepper flakes
- Dash of cumin
- Dash of chopped dried cilantro
- Italian seasoned croutons (optional)

Heat broth before adding cheese.
When cheese is melted add next 5 ingredients. Cook for 30 min.
Serve with Italian croutons.
