what you need
- 10 oz. extra lean turkey breast
- 1 onion
- 2 cans (28 oz. each) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans
- 2 cans (15 oz.) fat free reduced sodium beef broth
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 pkg. (1.25 oz) dry chili seasoning mix
- Carrots
- Frozen peas
- Frozen corn

Cook the turkey and onion in skillet.
Add all ingredients to a huge pot.
Cook for 30-45 minutes.
