Better Chicken Cordon Bleu

what you need
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pouch Shake 'N Bake Coating Mix

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Pound out the chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thick. Place the deli ham directly over the flattened chicken breast and sprinkle the Swiss cheese evenly over.
Roll the chicken breast like you would a "Jelly Roll" and sprinkle with Shake 'N Bake until even coated. Place in a greased 8x8 baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
