what you need
- 3 1/2 lb. bacon
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 1/2- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8-10 large potatoes, cut to 1 - 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 cans (10.5 oz. each) chicken broth
- 2 cans (10.5 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 or more soup cans of milk
- 1 cup sour cream
make it
1. Brown together and drain off drippings from bacon, carrots, celery, and onion.
2. Add potatoes and broth and cook until potatoes are done.
3. Add soup, milk, and sour cream and heat until simmering.
