what you need
- 3 boneless chicken breast, cubed
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 1 package (24 oz.) spaghetti noodles
- 1 block Velveeta Cheese (36 oz.) 2% milk if wanting to make more nutritional.
- 1 can Ro*Tel (I use the Wal-Mart brand, just as good)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- (If you want more sauce like I do, add an additional can of cream of chicken)
make it
Take cubed chicken and cook thoroughly on stovetop. You may need to spray with non stick spray. Add seasons to your liking. Meanwhile, boil noodles according to package directions. Drain when done.
Cube Velveeta cheese, put in pot along with Ro*Tel, and soups. You may also microwave, but it seems to blend better on stove top.
Once everything is cooked, mix together and enjoy!
Notes
You may also add mushrooms or green chili, or even broccoli.
This is a favorite of my family and taste great for leftovers!
