Best Ever Chicken Quesadillas

what you need
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. chicken, cubed
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup frozen peppers & onions mix
- 3 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 6 burrito sized flour tortillas
- 8 oz. Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
make it
Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add fajita seasoning. Stir thoroughly. Add peppers and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done. Turn off heat. Add cooked bacon. Stir thoroughly.
In 12 inch skillet, place one tortilla. Spread with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese. Top with a second tortilla.
Grill each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken mixture. Slice into 8 triangles with pizza slicer.
Notes
Serve with Breakstone's Sour Cream and Taco Bell Salsa.
