what you need
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
make it
Mix flour, soda, powder, sugar and salt in large bowl. Mix egg, milk, lemon juice and butter in medium bowl. Gradually add milk mixture to dry mixture.
Ladle onto skillet at med heat.
Flip when bubbles appear on top.
Notes
Feel very free to add almost anything to these pancakes. Some of the best things include; pecans (or other nuts) raisins, cranberries, apples & cinnamon, or berries. But don't mix them into the batter, add them when the cakes are on the pan!
