what you need
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing
- 12 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 24 small (51-60 count) uncooked frozen shrimp, thawed peeled and deveined
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cut into 1/2 pieces, cooked
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 bag baby spinach leaves

In a large skillet on med-hi heat cook garlic and dressing 2-3 min. Add chicken, cook 2 minutes per side.
Add shrimp, bacon, tomatoes and bell pepper, stir and cook 1 additional minute. Top with spinach.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low, simmer covered 30-40 minutes until chicken juices run clear and shrimp.
Notes
Serve over brown rice.
