what you need
- 1 lb. pasta
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. frozen bay scallops
- 1 can stewed tomatoes with garlic and onions
make it
Make pasta according to box. Meanwhile, swirl the olive oil around the skillet and allow to heat.
Then add the sherry, minced garlic, and rinsed and dried scallops. Allow to cook for a few minutes. Then add the stewed tomatoes and let simmer 1 minute.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet, mix it all together, and allow the sauce to soak into the pasta. Serve with some crusty bread and a little cheese. It makes a great meal!
Notes
This is a great recipe I just came up with. You can add anything you like to make it a little special. This is just basic.
