what you need
- 2 cups shell shape macaroni
- 1/3 stick butter
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup ricotta, cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
make it
Boil macaroni as directed on box, drain and return to pot.
Stir in butter and cheddar cheese until melted.
Add ricotta, and milk until creamy. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
Notes
Can add more or less ricotta, depending on desired creaminess.
