what you need
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 1 bag small carrots
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
make it
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread mixture into a 13x9 casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 3 1/2 hours.
