Chicken and Tater Tot Casserole

what you need
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts/tenderloin; cut up
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can mixed vegetables (drained)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 32 ounces tater tots
make it
Preheat oven to 375°F. Chop chicken and onion Cook chicken and onion in pan on stove until no longer pink
Grease 13x9 pan. Mix all ingredients in pan except for tater tots. Once mixed, layer tater tots on top.
Cook approximately 40-45 min, or until tater tots are golden brown and mixture is bubbling.
Notes
Any cream soup can be substituted for cheddar cheese soup, ex: cream of mushroom or cream of chicken.
