what you need
- 1/3 cup brewed and chilled strong coffee or espresso
- 2/3 cup half-and-half
- 2 packets artificial sweetener
- 2 tablespoons sugar free caramel (or sugar free chocolate syrup)
- 1 cup crushed or cubed ice
make it
Blend all ingredients except for ice in a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Add ice to blender and continue blending for about a minute or until liquid is slushy.
Notes
Cubed ice will take a little longer to blend.
Tip: Brew a little extra coffee in the morning and chill it in the refrigerator until you are ready for your Frappuccino!
