what you need
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or Dijonnaise)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 cans (10 oz. each) chunk white meat chicken, drained and flaked
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
- 1 cup finely grated Swiss cheese
- 2 packages crescent rolls

Throw all the ingredients but the crescent rolls in a bowl and mix it together.
Place the crescent rolls (big side inward) in a circle on a cookie sheet leaving about a 5-6 inch circle opening in the middle. Load on the mixture. Pull the small ends of rolls over the chicken mixture and tuck under the big end in the middle of the circle.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Notes
Use real mayo.
Use ready to serve bacon.
Line cookie sheets with tinfoil for easier cleanup.
