what you need
- 1 lb. trimmed asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Lemon zest
make it
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a baking pan.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Roast at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
