what you need
- Crunchy baby pickles (dill or sweet)
- Oscar Mayer Ham squares
- Philadelphia Chives and Onion Cream Cheese
make it
Make sure pickles and ham are dry. If needed, blot with paper towel. Then spread cream cheese over ham, place pickle on top and roll up.
Place in fridge about 15 min.
Take out and slice into rounds. Keep cold until ready to serve.
Notes
About 20 min to make then about 20 min to cool -- this makes it easy to cut
Kosher pickles are the best.
Half of my grandkids like dill the other like sweet pickle.
Real pretty on a serving tray.
