- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 La Choy bi-pack chicken chow mein
- 1 can (4.5 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (small size)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In large skillet, cook onion in butter until crisp-tender. Drain vegetables from chow mein bi-pack. Add drained vegetables to onion along with can of gravy from bi-pack, shrimp, and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
Pour into 1.5 qt. casserole dish. Halve biscuits and arrange over shrimp mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are done. Serve over rice.
