what you need
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
- 8 slices baked ham luncheon meat
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
make it
Spray bottom of 9x11 pan with Pam. Layer 8 of the halved chicken breasts in bottom.
Place 4 slices of the baked ham on top of the chicken and then 4 slices of the provolone cheese on top of the ham. Pour the canned soup over the top. Salt & pepper to taste.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350 degrees F oven.
Notes
This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked the next day.
It serves well with steamed rice and broccoli.
