what you need
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
make it
Mix eggs, white sugar, and sour cream together. Add flour, baking soda, and rhubarb.
Pour onto greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
