Sausage Dip in French Bread

what you need
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 jar chopped chilies, drained
- 1 large French bread loaf
- Corn chips for dipping
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown sausage.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream with electric mixer. Add shredded cheese, chilies, and sausage. Stir until well blended.
Hollow out bread to form a bowl. Spoon mixture evenly into bread bowl. Bake until bubbly.
Notes
Reserve some of the shredded cheese to sprinkle on the top of the dip mixture for a more presentable look.
