what you need
- 1 lg. can sweet potatoes (or about 5 cooked)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 stick melted oleo
make it
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, oleo, salt, eggs and vanilla. Mix until fluffy.
Mix together topping and spread over top of potato mixture in casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
Notes
You can cut down on oleo to 1/2 stick for casserole and topping.
