what you need
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 can dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, don’t drain
- 1 can diced tomatoes, don’t drain
- 1 can whole kernel corn or Mexican corn, don’t drain
- 1 pound chicken breast, cook in micro, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 pound mild Mexican Velveeta, not shredded type, slice it so it melts faster
- 1 Tbsp. or more of Taco Seasoning mix

Combine all ingredients.
Place in crock-pot.
Cook on High for about 2-3 hours.
