what you need
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small jar mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar original Ragu
- 1 lb. box penne pasta, cooked
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 small pkg. pepperoni
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
make it
Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms. Brown the ground beef. Mix all this with the Ragu.
Layer meat/sauce, cooked pasta, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Keep layering and cover with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
Notes
Be careful not to overbake.
