what you need
- 1/2 tsp. crushed mint leaves
- Sprinkle pepper & parsley
- 10-14 drops Tabasco
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar

Combine ingredients.
Put in container till ready to use.
Notes
I use this to marinate a boneless leg of lamb or for lamb shish-kabobs
Best if marinated overnight.
Skewer with mushrooms, tomatoes, onion wedges, green peppers or any other veggies you like.
