Summerlicious Banana Split Pie

what you need
- 2 large or 3 small bananas
- 2 already made shortbread or graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 and 1/2 small tubs Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 small jar cherries, drained and cut in half
- Fresh blueberries, if desired
make it
Slice bananas and put in bottom and sides of 2 pie crusts.
Mix until blended well the sugar and the cream cheese. Set aside. On top of the bananas spread the drained, crushed pineapple. With a spoon, blend the Cool Whip into the cream cheese and sugar mixture. Spread this on top of the pineapple.
Top with the chopped walnuts, cherries and blueberries. Enjoy right away or refrigerate until ready to serve!
Notes
I make these pies a lot, especially around the 4th of July because of the red, white and blue colors in them. These pies are simple to make, delicious, and not time consuming! ENJOY!!
