what you need
- 24 ginger snaps
- 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- Fresh fruit (topping)
make it
Place cupcake paper cups in muffin pan. Place cookie in bottom of each cupcake holder.
Beat cream cheese, eggs, honey and vanilla until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture in each cup, over cookie.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cool. Add fresh fruit on top.
