what you need
- 2 packages (2 ounce each) wafer thin sliced beef
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 large onion, cut into strips
- 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 prepared pizza crust
- 1 jar (16 ounce) four cheese pasta sauce
- 2 packages (8 ounce each) mozzarella cheese
make it
Cut wafer thin sliced beef into 1/2" strips, marinate in Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning 15 minutes in air tight container in fridge, turning or stirring every 5 minutes.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter till almost done. Add beef to onion and green pepper, cook till warmed through.
Cover each pizza crust with the cheesy sauce. Put 1/2 beef/onion/pepper mixture on each crust. Cover mixture with mozzarella cheese.
Bake on Presto Pizzazz Pizza Oven for 18 minutes or in 400 degrees F oven for 15-18 minutes.
