Cheesy Chicken & Mushroom Spaghetti

what you need
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1/3 of a 2 lb. Velveeta Block, cubed
- 2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- Salt & pepper
make it
Cook chicken in cooking sprayed skillet over medium heat until cooked all the way through. Meanwhile, put noodles on to boil using directions on the package.
Combine the Velveeta, cream of mushroom soup, and mushrooms in a microwave safe bowl. Heat until Velveeta is melted and mixture is hot.
When chicken and noodles are cooked and Velveeta mixture is melted, combine in large serving bowl. Add salt and pepper as needed and enjoy!
Notes
Can also add 2 cups of cooked broccoli for a little color...looks bright and tastes great!!
