what you need
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 3 cups diced, cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
make it
On the stove heat the mayo, soup, and milk. Add the celery and onion; heat through.
Line a 9x13 pan with chow mein noodles. Cover with chicken, pea pods and water chestnuts. Pour the soup mixture over the top and top with chopped cashews.
Bake at 350°F degrees 30-45 minutes until heated through.
