what you need
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
- Kraft BBQ Sauce (whatever your flavor you prefer)
- Oil for deep frying
make it
In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs and hot sauce. Stir until well blended. In a separate large bowl, combine flour, salt & pepper with spoon. Mix just enough to spread out the salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast and coat thoroughly with egg mixture. While chicken is setting in egg mixture, start the BBQ sauce in a sauce pan on low. Then in a skillet or deep fryer begin heating the oil. Then add chicken to the flour and coat with flour. Add the chicken to the hot oil and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Once done, dip the chicken into the BBQ sauce and coat generously. Put chicken on a cookie sheet and put in the oven on the lowest possible setting. Leave in oven long enough just to make it sticky. Repeat for each chicken breast.
