what you need
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1.5 cups 2% milk
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
- 1 chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
- 1/2 pound sliced strawberries
- 1/2 tub strawberry glaze
make it
Make the pudding with milk. Add cream cheese in chunks and mix until it is smooth.
Pour into pie crust.
Add sliced strawberries and top with strawberry glaze to hold it together. Chill.
Notes
Since my son-in-law Jason works for Kraft (and loves desserts), I had to try making a recipe to dedicate to him. It is VERY good!
