what you need
- 2 cups barbeque sauce
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (dry)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 cup jalapenos (YES, 1 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugarPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine barbeque sauce, dry mustard, seasoned salt, jalapenos, brown sugar, ketchup, cayenne pepper, onion flakes and jalapeno juice
- Put wings on broiler and bake 25 minutes. Turn and baste wings with sauce every 15 minutes for 1 1/2 hours.
- Place finished wings in dish and pour rest of sauce over them.
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 cup jalapeno juice
- 2 dozen chicken wings
