what you need
- 1 box chocolate cook & serve pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- **2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 egg yolks-beat yolks and sugar together
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Pillsbury pie crust
- Meringue
- 5 to 6 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
make it
Pour milk in sauce pan with chocolate cooking pudding. Bring to a light boil and add butter, sugar and egg yolks and stir continuously, add vanilla. Boil 2 minutes without stopping.
While you are cooking the pudding, bake your pie shell at 425 degrees F, until golden brown. Have your crust ready to pour your pudding into.
Beat egg whites to a fluffy meringue. Add sugar while beating. Pour over chocolate filling and bake until a golden brown.
