what you need
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) spaghetti
- 1-2 lb. Italian sausage
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 small zucchini, sliced thin
- Pepper to taste
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti al dente, drain.
Remove sausage from casing, brown and drain fat. Add green onions, mushrooms, zucchini, pepper, and soup. Add water if sauce is too thick. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour sauce over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
