what you need
- 2 cups chicken, chopped and cooked
- 1 Tbsp. almonds, sliced
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) angel hair pasta
- 2 cups basil leaves (fresh)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (little more)
- 4 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup oil packed sundried tomatoes, drained
make it
Heat skillet with a little olive oil and cook chicken pieces until no longer pink. Add almonds and cook until lightly browned. Put skillet aside. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package.
Next, in a blender, blend basil, oil, parmesan, garlic, pepper and salt.
Pour mixture over the chicken and almonds and mix in with pasta and tomatoes. Garnish with parmesan.
