what you need
- 4 good-sized potatoes, cut into 1 " circles
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into 1" thick circles
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1" circles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cubed into 1" pieces
make it
Parboil the potatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash. Mix together the soy, Worcestershire, and oyster sauces. Add the garlic.
Place the cut steak and parboiled vegetables into a large resealable bag. Add the marinade. Refrigerate for a minimum of an hour.
Assemble onto skewers and discard the marinade. Grill until the meat is to your liking.
