what you need
- 18 gingerbread cookies
- 3 Tbsp. hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- Green and Red Sprinkles for decorating (optional)
make it
Top 9 of the gingerbread cookies with 1 tsp. of the fudge sauce and 3 or 4 marshmallows.
COVER each with second gingerbread cookie to make s'more. Place 4 or 5 of the s'mores on microwavable plate.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 10 to 15 seconds or until marshmallows begin to melt. Repeat with the remaining s'mores. Roll melty edges in colored sprinkles, if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
This is based on a Kraft recipe for S'mores that I jazzed up for the holidays. You could skip the microwave and toast the marshmallows over in the fireplace given the season!
