what you need
- 3 large eggs
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons vanilla oil
- Powdered sugar

Get a large bowl and crack your eggs in to the bowl. Beat the eggs till fluffy. Add flour then milk one at a time slowly and keep smooth. Add sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
Put the funnel cake in pan 1/2 deep with oil at 375 degrees F. Don't fill the whole entire pan. Cook 30 seconds
