- Pound cake (mix or store bought)
- Ice cream
- Cool Whip Whipped Topping (optional)
make it
Bake or buy pound cake. Lightly toast the pound cake in toaster oven.
Remove from toaster and add slice of ice cream.
Add Cool Whip if desired and enjoy!!

One of the best memories of my childhood was going to see my grandmother and she made this treat for us!! So simple, yet so good!!
