what you need
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Dash pepper
- Dash salt
- Pinch or 2 dill weed
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Lemon juice (optional)
make it
Melt butter, mince garlic; mix all ingredients together.
Place 3-4 tilapia fillets in greased (Pam) aluminum foil, drizzle butter mixture over fillets, fold up sides and top of foil with room to breathe.
Grill on low for 12-15 min (until tilapia is tender, preferably on top shelf of grill).
Notes
A little lemon pepper works well also if you don't have lemon juice.
