what you need
- 2 cans tropical fruit, drained, divided
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper
make it
Place 1 1/2 cans of tropical fruit into mixer. Blend till lightly chunky. Add cilantro and pepper with no seed or veins. Blend till mixed.
Add to a bowl, diced sweet onion, crushed pineapple, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper. Add the rest of fruit.
Set in fridge for about 1 hour.
Notes
Make sure the fruit you get has no bananas! Can add more pepper for heat! Goes with white fish chicken or just corn chips as a dip!
