what you need
- Crust
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Filling
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- Frosting
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoons almond flavoring
- Slivered almonds (topping)
make it
Mix together first three ingredients and put in 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool
Mix filling together and pour over crust. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool.
Mix frosting together. Spread on top of pie. Then put silvered almond on top. Cut into 15 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
