Crock-Pot Thanksgiving Shepherd’s Pie

what you need
- 1 1/2 lb. ham loaf or ground ham
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- Sprinkling of brown sugar and nutmeg (optional)
make it
Brown the ham loaf in skillet. Place browned meat in bottom of crock-pot and mix with Dijon mustard and brown sugar.
Mix in corn and peas. Top with mashed sweet potatoes and sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg.
Allow dish to heat thoroughly on high setting approximately 30-45 minutes.
